Sectional, carriage-style, wood-look and commercial roll-up doors, plus the springs, cables, tracks and openers behind them.
We repair, replace, and install residential garage doors and openers across the Pittsburgh region. Broken springs, snapped cables, bent tracks, worn rollers, dead openers, cracked panels, and doors that have simply reached the end of the line all get the same treatment: a scheduled appointment through your nearest location, a straight written price before work starts, and a technician who carries the parts for the older, tighter, hillier housing this region is made of. If your garage is a brick box down an alley with a door from the last century, that is a normal Tuesday for us.
Doors that drag, jam, rattle, or stop halfway, diagnosed and fixed at a scheduled appointment.

The speed of a large company with the accountability of a local team.
Brick garages, low headroom, and odd-sized openings are normal here, and every location stocks the hardware to fit them.
Sloped slabs and off-camber approaches throw doors out of level, so we set every door to the floor it actually sits on.
You see the written price, pick the option, and pay when the door works, with no surprises on the invoice.
Low-headroom track, odd-size panels, and the spring sizes this housing stock actually uses, so a repair rarely waits on a parts order.
Dedicated technicians in 10 cities means faster arrival and people who know your area.
We fix what actually failed on your door and explain it plainly, so the same problem does not come back next month.
Every location follows the same four steps, so you always know what happens next.
Reach the QuickFix Garage Door location nearest you Monday–Saturday, 9 AM–5 PM, or send a message through the contact form. Describe the door and what you've noticed.
A technician looks at the job, explains the options, and puts the price in writing before any work starts. No work begins until you approve it.
Pick an appointment window during business hours. The location confirms the time with you and notes any parts that need to be ordered in advance.
The job is finished, tested in front of you, and documented. You get the paperwork for your records and a straight answer on what to watch for next.

A garage door that quits at the wrong moment is exactly what we exist for. Call your nearest location during business hours, Monday through Saturday, 9 AM to 5 PM, and you will talk to a person who can put an urgent repair at the front of that location's schedule. If the door is hanging crooked or a spring has let go, keep the car and the kids away from it until the technician arrives.

Everything you need to know about our garage door services. Can't find your answer?
Each location answers the phone Monday through Saturday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and is closed on Sunday. Repairs and installations are scheduled inside those hours by appointment. If you reach us near closing, leave a message or use the contact form and the location will follow up on the next business morning to set a time.
Call the location closest to you, or send a note through the contact form with your city, a short description of the problem, and the days that work for you. Someone at that location will confirm a date and an arrival window. A person handles every appointment, so any question about parts or pricing gets answered before the visit.
Leave it if you can. A door with a broken spring weighs far more than the opener was designed to lift, and forcing it can strip the opener gear, bend the top section, or drop the door on whatever is under it. Keep the door closed and call your nearest location to schedule a spring replacement. If the car must come out, two adults can raise the door by hand with the opener unplugged, but it needs to be propped securely and never left half open.
The technician inspects the door, explains what failed and why, and writes the price down before starting. You approve it before any work begins, and if you would rather not proceed, the technician packs up. Spring, cable, and roller work is priced by the part and the door size, so the location can give you a realistic range when you call.
Labor is covered by QuickFix's workmanship warranty, and parts carry the manufacturer's coverage, which differs between a standard spring, a high-cycle spring, and a new opener. The exact terms are printed on your written price and again on the invoice, so you have them on paper. If something we installed acts up inside the coverage period, call the location that did the work and they will schedule a follow-up.
Yes, and they make up a large part of the work at the Pittsburgh location. Alley garages built in the early 1900s often have openings that are not a standard width, ceilings too shallow for normal track, and brick that will not hold ordinary lag screws. We carry low-headroom track, odd-size panels, and masonry anchors so those doors can be repaired or replaced properly instead of forced into a standard kit.
Call your nearest location Monday–Saturday, 9 AM–5 PM, or send us a message and we will get right back to you.
